How do I book Maison Vue for a property?
You can book online in a couple of minutes by selecting your services and seeing live availabilities, or get in touch by phone, WhatsApp or email, and we’ll arrange it for you. Once booked, we’ll confirm access details with the vendor if needed, so the shoot runs smoothly without extra co-ordination from you.
How can I get in touch?
You can reach us by phone/WhatsApp on 020 7167 8336, by email at info@maisonvue.com, or through the contact form on this page. For ongoing or high-volume work, it’s usually quickest to contact us directly so we can set up an arrangement built around your team.
What are your opening hours?
We operate Monday to Saturday, with shoots typically scheduled between 9:30am and 5pm. If you need an early, late, or weekend slot for a particular instruction, let us know when you get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
We respond to all enquiries within 15 minutes. If you get in touch outside working hours, we’ll come back to you first thing the next working day. For urgent listings, mention it in your message and we’ll prioritise your request.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover all 33 London boroughs – inner and outer London. For properties outside London, get in touch with the location and we’ll provide a bespoke quote.
Can I request a specific date and time for a shoot?
Yes. When booking, you can choose a preferred date and time slot, and we’ll confirm availability. We recommend booking a few days ahead where possible, though we can often accommodate short-notice and same-day requests – just ask.
Do you offer accounts for agencies?
Yes. If you’re an estate agent or landlord with regular or high-volume requirements, we can set up an agency account with custom branding and arrangements tailored to your workflow. Contact us directly and we’ll walk you through how it works.
What information do you need from me to book?
To get you booked in, we’ll need the property address, the services you’d like, your preferred date, and the best contact for arranging access. If there’s anything specific you want captured or any access notes, just include them and we’ll make sure the shoot is set up accordingly.
