How many photos will I receive?
We don’t cap the number of photos. We shoot until the property is fully covered — every room, every angle, every style. For a typical 2-bed flat that’s usually 20–30 images; for larger properties or those with multiple outdoor areas it can be significantly more. You get everything that makes the listing look its best, with nothing left out.
How quickly will I receive the edited photos?
Standard turnaround is 24 hours from the shoot. Same-day delivery (by 9pm) is available on our Premium package or as an add-on. Urgent requests can usually be accommodated — just let us know at booking.
Do you cover all areas of London?
Yes. We cover all London boroughs — from Barnet to Bromley, Ealing to Greenwich. Travel is included within the M25. For properties outside London, please contact us for a bespoke quote.
What file format will the images be delivered in?
All images are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs, optimised for property portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket) and social media. Print-resolution files are included in our Premium package.
Does the property need to be prepared before the shoot?
We recommend the property is clean, decluttered, and well-lit before we arrive. Our photographers will make minor adjustments on-site. We can share a pre-shoot checklist upon booking.
Can I use the photos on my website and social media?
Yes. Full commercial usage rights are included with every package. You can use the images on portals, your agency website, social media, and printed materials with no additional licensing fee.
